Normally I email invoices to customers from a different site to the one posted to. Of course I am only too happy to pay for paper, envelope and stamp from my profit margin. Let us not save the rain forest.
More seriously we keep all email addresses, telephone numbers and adresses in hard copy "just in case". We do not use the information for anything not to do with the original purchase. We had a safety recall a few years back on a product which affected machines sold between 5-7years prior. We phoned, we emailed, we wrote. We had most success contacting the customers by Email but hey ho you do not want us to do that. Will you be stopping access to the telephone numbers as well?
