The sale of used Perfumes, Cosmetics or Skincare products is not allowed for obvious hygiene, health and safety reasons at any time, and especially with the current Covid-19 crisis !  ...you still have used items listed despite all the advice given >

There are very good reasons why the sale of part used perfume is not allowed.

These range from preventing the spread of infection, the scope for adulterating already opened perfumes, and the post office prohibition on posting used perfumes. As a seller, you either didn't know about these requirements, or have chosen to ignore them. Just as you have evidently ignored the requirement to register as a business seller.

It's your responsibility to inform yourself on such matters when selling on eBay.

The only person who will be putting you out of business, is you:

You're trading illegally on a private account, so are defrauding Ebay of fees, and denying buyers their legal rights.

Part-used perfumes and cosmetics cannot be sold here or anywhere - it is illegal.

Private accounts are ONLY for those clearing out their wardrobes and attics of their old no-longer-wanted possessions. For confirmation, go to Ebay's Seller Centre. For full information, go to the government's website.

Note that there is no such thing as a 'hobby seller' in this country, and how much or how little you sell or make is totally irrelevant. Anyone who makes, grows, refurbishes, or buys in (new or used) items to sell, is a business and must be registered as such.

Because you're trading illegally, the law states that your customers can get all their items for free, for up to one full year.  You will have to refund them in full on request, and if you want the empty containers back, you will have to pay their return costs too. The law doesn't reward those who break it.

So upgrade your account from private to business as a matter of urgency, and remove all your part-used perfumes etc, before you find yourself in deep doodoo with Ebay and Trading Standards. Ignorance of the rules and the law is not accepted as an excuse.

With all your new items for sale it looks very much as though you need to change your account to a business seller before ebay remove all your items

'Out of business' ? thinking

You're a private seller, so you can't be out of business.

As others have advised you cannot sell part used perfumes, you'll need to find something else to sell instead.

Might help to have a read.

Just to add, you are using the automatic product information details, so the Hugo Boss Orange should contain 60ml, which obviously it doesn't because it's only 3 quarters full
