Obviously ebay have removed them. The fact that they appear to be listed may be a technical problem, OR by leaving them like that seller cannot relist.
When ever ebay takes down one of these obvious fraudsters, they just reappear the next day using another hacked account so maybe ebay have found a solution.
However if there were not so many gullible buyers who give these scammers large sums of money on promises of having some expensive item delivered on 7 days approval, with a worthless promise of money back if not satisfied, then fraudsters would be out of business.
