unpaid items

hi i have a buyer who bid for  a item on the 7 4 20   and not paid yet   i have sent him a number of invoices  with postage discount   and still no payment    he bought 3 lots   1 of which was buy it now  and paid for that but  still owes  £21  have sent messages  and always tried to help him    would it be better just to cancel orders and refund him  what he has paid   to be honest  seems like a time waster

No, you do not want to cancel, but do as advised..But

 

you must send the one already paid for, as technically an item not received can be opened or you are likely to get a damaging defect on your account as you would have zero reason for cancelling.. 

 

you need to open unpaid item cases for the other 2....

Cancelling would be unwise, as buyer could leave you THREE Negative Feedback and as you would be doing it without buyers agreement you would end up paying ALL the selling fees + no refund of the Paypal Fee and THREE Defects 

 

That would almost certainly lead to a Suspension.

Have you allowed a time for them to pay?  You sell every day so I cannot tell which items are  of this concern.

 

eBay allow 48 hours for a buyer to pay,  most sellers will allow a little longer.

 

If a reasonable time has passed this,  then you have to open unpaid cases from the Resolution Centre ,  link at foot of most pages.  Close the case on day 5,  your seller fee is refunded, buyer gets a non payment strike,  and only then,  are you safe to relist those items.
