hi i have a buyer who bid for a item on the 7 4 20 and not paid yet i have sent him a number of invoices with postage discount and still no payment he bought 3 lots 1 of which was buy it now and paid for that but still owes £21 have sent messages and always tried to help him would it be better just to cancel orders and refund him what he has paid to be honest seems like a time waster
No, you do not want to cancel, but do as advised..But
you must send the one already paid for, as technically an item not received can be opened or you are likely to get a damaging defect on your account as you would have zero reason for cancelling..
you need to open unpaid item cases for the other 2....
Cancelling would be unwise, as buyer could leave you THREE Negative Feedback and as you would be doing it without buyers agreement you would end up paying ALL the selling fees + no refund of the Paypal Fee and THREE Defects
That would almost certainly lead to a Suspension.
Have you allowed a time for them to pay? You sell every day so I cannot tell which items are of this concern.
eBay allow 48 hours for a buyer to pay, most sellers will allow a little longer.
If a reasonable time has passed this, then you have to open unpaid cases from the Resolution Centre , link at foot of most pages. Close the case on day 5, your seller fee is refunded, buyer gets a non payment strike, and only then, are you safe to relist those items.
