There have been one or two reports of listing problems

Go back later and see if it has sorted itself 

There were other glitches yesterday so ebay must be messing around with things

Yes, when I submit a listing I just get the "Submitting Listing" circle going around and around and around and......

This happened yesterday evening (Sunday 21/2/21) as well.

Hoping it will sort itself out soon, I need to relist my unsold items tonight.

Agreed, yesterday and today experiencing same problems. Lets you put in all details and then won't submit to eBay. If you refresh page goes back to beginning. Just frustrating!
