marked an item as postal delivery but buyer collects. Do I still pay an ebay fee on postage ?

I marked an item for sale with a set postage amount , but the buyer collected. Do I still pay a fee to ebay for the postal amount  I didn't recieve ?   I don't seem to be able to mark the item as collected if I include an advisory postage amount witht the ad.

How did buyer pay, if in cash then you send a revised invoice (sent payment details) in more actions but reduce postage to 0.00, and only then mark as paid.

Fee is based on what is paid, if you mark as paid before sending revised invoice then you still pay the fee on postage.

There is no way to mark as collected, you mark as Dispatched.

you need to change the P&P to £0.00 then you can mark it as paid and dispatched

I accepted the buyers offer which marked it as sold. To amend the postage to zero,  I clicked send invoice then set the postage to zero with a note stating the buyer had arranged to collect
