there is no one to contact about this problem,only a tele sales team in the phillipines,ebay have conveniently made themselves remote from any problems sellers need to contact them about including the insertion of best offers when expressly objected to
an email is sent informing you of this for legal reasons but if you look at your listing details you will notice ebay have not checked the accept offers box with a tick as it would probablybe unlawful as a listing is a binding contract
