I have tried for two days to list one item, it continually says 'it's not you it's us, server is down'

I also tried a fresh post of the same item, same story....help

try tomorrow as it might be a bug, or eBay could be looking at your account/listings because they contain either your phone number or a big red notice that you won't accept PayPal.
