is Ebay Global Shipping sending to Europe from the UK ?

Just a quick answer needed thank you,  is ebay still sending to europe via Global shipping.  recently I sold to someone in France, but it didnt allow the global shipping option. I had to send invoice myself.  I have "ticked" for global shipping too.

I expect that GSP is as confused as everyone else.

It is possible that they have suspended due to the long delays, as once you have delivered to Global they are responsible for refunding if buyer opens a not received case and I expect they are not keen on having to pay out without any guarantee of getting payment when the item eventually arrives.
