how do i send amended invoice.. drop down isnt working

I have someone who has won two items, the dropdown menu isn't allowing me to send invoice to customer so i cant amend invoice . What are my options

What drop down menu? Do you mean that "Send Payment Details" is not available?

when you sell something there is a drop down box that allows you to message customer, send invoice, relist etc, for this item that box is not there.

Have they paid, if so you can't send invoice.
