how do i change my sold items to collection in person?

It is better that they come to pay in cash, then send an amended invoice.

If you send invoice first, they could pay with Nil Postage,then change their mind and expect you to post.

Collection items should be paid in cash after examination by the buyer.  Paypal is unsafe for the seller and cash incurs no Paypal fees either. Fiddling with the invoice is for your benefit, to save paying an Ebay 10% fee on the postage as you only mark as paid AFTER amending the invoice..

If someone has asked to collect you just send them a revised invoice before they pay with the postage removed.  On My eBay click on More Actions > Send Payment Details, far right of item on your sold page. Remove the postage and submit (don't tick "reset" if it's there).  

Ideally ask for cash when they come.  Afterwards you can mark as dispatched, also via More Actions, right of item.
