If you mean that an item you've listed is no longer available, because it's been stolen, just end the listing. It's simple enough - click on More Actions beside the listing on your Selling page.

If that isn't what you mean, please provide some clear information.

Did you sell it, or is it unsold? It will either be in your Active Listings, Sold items or Unsold iIems. All you need to do is delete it.

This does not involve ebay in any way! If you sold it and are therefore unable to supply to the buyer, you will have to cancel the sale and hope the buyer will accept the reason. Only with their agreement to a cancelation will you get the selling fee refunded.
