how do i accept a lower amount on a listing

someone has offered me a lower price than my buy it now price, how do i accept and get paid for it, thanks

You should be able to revise the price on the listing using the Revise Your Item link, top left of listing.  

If not the buyer would have to buy and pay full amount and you issue a partial refund from your Paypal account.
