This is the UK site. Log out, and back into the site you registered on (ebay.com) and use the selling information links and forums over there.

these are the UK boards and you are in Sri Lanka - so you need your own home boards most likely www.ebay.com to ensure you get the correct information..

Live Chat can hardly give you pages and pages of information in a few sentences, they don't have the time. Much better to read at your leisure information that can be found all over the ebay pages.

Explore, click on links to see what they are about, look in more actions to see what options are there, use Help & Contact, just enter a subject. You don't have to take it all in, but just to be aware where you can find information.
