hi just had to give a full refund to a buyer , refunded the whole payment  from paypal , the buyer could not find the option to ask for a return , so i had no option but to refund directly from paypal , will i still be refunded a final valuation fee ?  thanks in advance x

with respect, you`ve been a member for 9 years with over 3000 feedback, it would be fair to say that by now, you`d know that an item gets returned or they don`t get refunded and i actually suspect the buyer knew damn well how to open a return, but just took advantage of you 🙂

Unless you refund through ebay case, you still pay fees.

Once the refund has cleared into the buyers account, you can cancel the transaction using the 'I've already refunded the buyer' option, however you won't have that option on a pending refund.
