Lately I have had major issue with buyers using my feed back to get what they want - and looking at there feed back left for others there are clear signs they are problem buyers
even though in the messages you can clearly see they are using my feed back againesnt me but when it comes to appealing with ebay they always say its the customers experiance if they leave me a negtive ....
so I need help! ... where would I stand if I cancel an order due to the buyer showing more negtives left for sellers can I cancel the order do I leave my self open for more negtive feed backs for cancelling
HELP ME! - is there a setting that will stop buyers buying from me by leaving more negtives?
this is caused me major stress and so close closing my shop down!
Is it another account in question as there is one very old negative feedback you have received which will drop off soon, and one recent neutral which does not affect seller performance. You do not have a glut of negatives, not on this account.
Cancelling orders because a buyer has left many negs is not a good idea. It's not a valid reason for a cancellation. That may well earn you a defect on your account and a negative from the buyer.
If the buyer is unhappy with a purchase they buy from you , and requests a refund , as long as it is refunded within 8 days there is no adverse effect on your seller performance.
Purchasing tracking on that item, can prove delivery , if you are worried on that score.
I'm sorry, but the way you are using feedback is completely against the rules!
sellers aren't allowed to leave negative comments to buyers, and you are not supposed to use feedback to ask them to leave feedback for you!
you are clearly giving in to buyers and issuing refunds in return for revising feedback
buyers will look at the feedback you have left and the number of feedback revisions and will decide you are worth targeting,
stop giving in to these buyers, stand your ground and report them to ebay,
