foreign bidder refused permission to bid

My French friend is unable to bid on an item I have on ebay. He is not blocked nor is France.

He gets this message.

Your friend is being blocked because, as the message says, you have a block in place which prevents people from bidding on more than one of your items in a 10-day period. Go to your Buyer Requirements in Site Preferences in your Account to either remove or edit that block, or add your friend's Ebay ID to your 'exemption' list.

thanks rustcrye, I checked my buyers preferences but nothing is ticked so nobody should be blocked. The 10 day period block was not selected.

check your buyer requirements aren't set to block people from buying more than one item in a given time frame:-

Thanks pixiesen, I checked my buyers preferences but nothing is selected that would block anyone.
