ebay have removed item under thier counterfit policy but item is a genuine product and not a copy

Ebay have removed item under thier counterfit policy but item is brand new in box and 100% genuine product, what is the best way to move forward as i dont want this happening again

Firstly you might want to upgrade your account to a business seller based on all your current listings are for brand new items. 

Regarding your removed listing this could be a brand name that the supplier does not want listing on eBay or it could be another seller of the same item reporting it as fake. 

Whatever the reason don't try and relist, this could result in suspension or closure of your account
