I sold an item on eBay. Tracking record shows that the item has been successfully delivered at the correct address. However, the buyer claims that he hasn't received it and made a claim through resolution centre. eBay ruled in his favour despite the fact that I was able to show tracking record of successful delivery. eBay arbitrarily refunded the buyer using my money! How do i complain about this? I understand if I can't show sucessful delivery, but I can and I supplied the info to the resolution center. This is aweful. How do i complain? Many thanks
If the tracking showed delivery to the address Paypal gave you when the buyer paid then you should have won the case.
Did you post the package to the address Paypal gave you?
Did you add the tracking to the sale when you posted the item and also to the case?
