Everything you need to know about selling on Ebay (though the listing process is self-explanatory), is in the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page) and in the Help pages (links at top and foot of any page).

Vehicles are best sold through Ebay's Classified's, though, rather than by auction or Buy It Now. You pay a small fee up front, but you can then leave the ad running till the buyer has actually handed over cash (or made a bank transfer) and driven the vehicle away. 

Alternatively, use Gumtree, Ebay's sister site, which is free for private sellers.

As @rusticrye  says it is best for an item like this to use a classified ebay listing. 

The reason is that if you use a BIN or auction you must not put any contact details and a buyer cannot view before buying.  

Obviously take every care when you have sold or arrange viewing.  More than one person would be good for security. Cash is best too.
