my sellers keep messaging me saying that they cant make me offers or buy from me because ebay says my account only allows buyers who havent purchased in 10 days to buy from my account.
please advise how i can fix this problem? thank you

Under Buyer requirements on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/buyerrequirements
untick - Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought ... of my items in the last 10 days.
then tick "Apply above settings to active and future listings" at the bottom and submit.
