hi everybody. I have been getting hassled off a buyer. First of all she was trying to get me to end an aution early even though their were 10 watchers. She hassled me twice about this. I told her it would not be fair as their were 10 watchers. In the end she said ok. Anyway she won the bid. She has done nothing but hassle me since then. I posted her parcel a day after she won it. and she has been on my back since then. She has her parcel which only took 4 days from hermes. Its showing on the tracking as delivered at 3.40 yesterday and now she is trying to say she has not received it. I have reported her but the hassle im getting off her is really stressful. Saying it was a hassle and she knew that something wasnt right. I think she is bugging me to get somethin free off me so she leaves me alone. She is a new member with only 29 ratings and all off sellers. I did tell her last weakend that hermes was having trouble with their computers last saturday. Which anybody using hermes will know this. Since then she has been hassling me. I have about 15 messages off her. As far as im concerned its been delivered as it says on the hermes website. I posted others and they have theirs ok. Thanks Cheryl
If she opens a not received case and you have loaded the tracking on to ebay and it shows as delivered. So that shoud not be a problem.
If however she opens a Not As Described Case then you will have to deal with it, but NO RETURN NO REFUND. BUT you must do exactly as ebay tells you otherwise ebay may refund without any return.
While it will not work immediately, add her to your Blocked Bidders List. If you don't know what this is enter in HELP & CONTACT to find out all about it. As you have a transaction with her it will not come into effect immediately, but if she keeps sending messages unless absolutely necessary, don't bother to reply.
With hindsight, it wou d have been a good idea to have blocked her before she made a bid, any potential buyer who is becoming a pain should be blocked.
