When a payment doesn't come through to an established seller it can be to do with an incorrect payment email address on the listing. But if you've had no notification from ebay either it could be the buyer has marked as payment sent which shows up as paid at your end. You can unmark as payment received via More Actions, far right of item on your sold list. But maybe first email the buyer and see what they say.
