Where has my promotional history gone?

Under "Promotional Offers" (in All Selling) there is a History option as well as Active offers. But suddenly my History is showing zero, which is annoying as it's a feature i often use.

Can anyone tell me please, is this a glitch, or the latest "improvement"?

Mine still shows View Expired Offers and when clicked shows 3 with "see more" at the bottom.

I think you will find it is a temporary Glitch.
