When eBay manages payments, there are restrictions error {e72134-1104544x}

Hi All,

Can't seem to create any listings at moment. Keep getting this error message even though my item is not one of the restricted categories as per the error message link. 

Item is to be under Health & Beauty > Facial Skin Care > Moisturisers so it is not one of the restricted categories.

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

A quick update

Thanks to  papso22's suggestion, I did some trial and error testing for the description. What seemed to have worked was removing a hosted image in the description which is strange as there are lots of other seller's listings that contain hosted images.

Another member with a similar issue found that it was the description that was the problem. He said it did not include a free gift. When he removed those words it was accepted.  So it's not enough to just look at the category.
