When eBay manages payments, there are restrictions error {e72134-1104544x}

Hi All,

Can't seem to create any listings at moment. Keep getting this error message even though my item is not one of the restricted categories as per the error message link. 

Item is to be under Health & Beauty > Facial Skin Care > Moisturisers so it is not one of the restricted categories.

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

A quick update

Thanks to  papso22's suggestion, I did some trial and error testing for the description. What seemed to have worked was removing a hosted image in the description which is strange as there are lots of other seller's listings that contain hosted images.

Contact eBay Customer Services,  they have full access to your account and can explain if any restriction has or has not been correctly applied to your account.

To contact eBay Customer Services, type Advanced Search in to Help & Contact bar top of your eBay page. Scroll down to the bottom of that page, you will see Contact Us, and the option to use Live Chat, and sometimes, there is a Call Back system.

Both options will give you an approximate time you need to wait for a response from their team.
