I have set my postage to UK only yet I have a bidder who has a newly created account and is stated to be from Brazil.
Anything I can do here?

you can cancel the bid
and set your bidder requirements to block bids from countries you don't post to:-

you also need to put his ID on your blocked bidder list to stop him rebidding
