Trying to switch off relist. BUT there is NO box next to my listing to turn it off

Hi

Really bad instructions driving me mad 

Im trying to stop my items being relisted AND having ebay automatically allow offers.

I have read all the threads pertaining to this and no one is giving correct instructions.

Some say......select "listing" in selling. Firstly there is NO tab saying listings.

Some say select Advanced - There is NO Adavanced option anywhere

A lot say go to Active and tick the box nxt to listing.......There is NO box next to any of my listing to tick.

im going mad here can anyone give exact and correct instructions.

The 'Advanced' listing option is available to every seller, so the information supplied in the forums is correct. If the browser you're using is IE, note that it's no longer compatible with Ebay or any other website. I use Firefox, others seem happy with Chrome or Edge (IE's replacement).

Selling on Ebay is not difficult. Nor are the instructions bad - quite the opposite. Everything you need to know about selling on Ebay, including how to turn off relist, is in the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page). You also have the Help pages with their integral search to refer to (links at foot of any page).

Again, no one seems to be reading ,my questions. IVe been to the seller Centre to turn off "Allow bids" and as i said in my initial email.

In the seller centre it says "tick the box next to the listing"......as i said above....There is NO box next to my listing to tick.

No one answered the questions above.

Even eBay said select Advanced Form........well i have read that a million times in previous threads ( as i said above) and there is no Advanced form option on my listings ( as i said above)

Am i speaking a differnect language here ?

by the way i have sold over 256 items

Are you using the app to list?
If so try using a pc as the app doesn't have all the options available

As above, it is best if you use a pc rather than the app on your phone. If using an ipad, don't use the app but instead go to ebay via google chrome. Also make sure you are not in Classic View.
