Trying to list an item for sale but layout of page has changed - looks like windows 98!

The layout I could previously see had toggles in the delivery section for delivery/collection.

If I chose delivery I could select Packlink or Royal Mail and choose the size of parcel etc. and it showed me max parcel dimensions and price for each option, and in the Packlink, it showed which provider (UPS, DPD, Hermes etc).

That's all gone. I have a simplistic drop-down with the various possible services but no prices, not weight or dimension info, so how do I choose which one to use? Doesn't even give service provider, so I can't see who I'd be sending it with.

Anyone know how I get back to the 'newer' looking screen?

I'm guessing there's something to click to toggle between classic and new, but can't find it and the ebay person on the phone as much as they tried to be helpful, clearly didn't understand my question.

Any help very gratefully appreciated!

Why can't you work out postage for yourself, you do realise that if you rely on ebay and if you use any price they give you, you are automatically losing nearly 15% as they only tell you postage (which is just as likely to be wrong) but don't say that we take10% and Paypal take at least 2.9%.

It does not pay to rely on anything ebay tells you, for example have you ever read the Packlink T & C, again ebay won't tell you and you will only find out when you have to refund a buyer for a breakage, that you will not get any compensation.

If you're on seller hub and want classic view on the selling/listing page in the box titled Selling Tools the bottom option is Opt Out.

If you're on classic and want seller hub click on "Switch to new selling overview", top right of your My eBay selling page.

If you're on classic quick selling form and want the advanced one the link to switch is top right of listing/sell page.
