Totally fed up with ebay today.

Have items that are sold but not apperaing in the sold list but show in my unsold listing despite the items saying there is a winning bid. I've phoned ebay already today because there were others like this in my account and thet said they'd report them as there were some glitches and to wait up to 24 hours for them to appear as sold. I've already had a buyer complianing today that they can't pay for the item they bought but thats now resolved itself. 

This also happened on my account last week where it took 4 days to appear in my sold listing. I've noticed that many others are having the same problems - what is going on with ebay?

Similar happening to me. Four auctions finishing at 8.30pm, two have moved to Sold section but the other two are still in the active section but described as ended. Nor have I received any emails to say that auctions have successfully ended and payment received on one of them...

I've had exactly the same problem today.

I have no idea if these items really are sold or not, as eBay says I can relist them.

Just business as usual! There are endless glitches, it's pointless asking their call centre staff about them. All they can tell you is to wait until they're fixed.

EBay is creaking under the combined strain of the corona virus hitting its staffing levels, and a big increase in online shopping during the pandemic.

same to me had 4 or 5 items tonight have bids on ... none are now in my sold section ... one buyer messaged me and said item was relisted.. told ger to re bid and I would end auction... now showing up twice in my sold section! Other 4 items I've lost sales on ... its this new updated app its **bleep**...now shows 172 unsold items in my summary... there are 10 actually in there !
