There are 48 items listed on my Account as awaiting Feedback.. My Account was hacked Not Mine !

My Selling list was recently hacked and  48 Microsoft items were inserted by the hacker.

Naturally I had numerous messages asking either for a refund or asking for the items. They were not my items and it has been difficult to get a proper response from eBay.

I am starting to receive Negative Feed from people who thought they were buying these Microsoft items from me !

I have also go listed asawaiting feedback for 48 of these items.!!

How can I get this sorted out ?

Go to Help & Contact and key 'hacked account' into the search box there. It will bring up the information you need.

Then do a web search for 'staying safe online'. Accounts can only be hacked if you use guessable passwords, you've given other people your passwords, or you clicked on a link in a 'phishing' email.
