The Gallery Photo that everyone first sees will not upload. What can I do.

I use Auctiva and have done so all the time. Yesterday I tried to send my sales to Ebay and for some unknown reason, the Gallery Photo will NOT upload but it is not showing as a problem with Auctiva or Ebay.  Has ayone else had this problem and do they know how to resolve it?  Darren

When 1st looking at your listings, no pics, but if you tap on it  all ok.
