Swapped sellers addresses and need both items back to fix this, what are my options?

I am in the UK and yesterday my friend sent out two long over due items for me as I have been recovering from COVID symptoms.

I want to know if there is a way I can send these sellers free postage so they can mail me the small items back via a post box so they don't have to go to a post office. If so how do I arrange this?

You cannot rely on Buyers returning Items back to you. If the Sales were in the last 30 days ask both of them to open an Ebay Returns Case for Item Not as Described in the Resolution Centre.

You then Refund when the Items are Returned. Your Ebay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account.
