Make sure the tracking is added to the transaction and should your buyer open a case it will close in your favour because the tracking shows delivered.
Tracked delivery is always a grey area.
Unless a buyer arranges with a seller different instructions it is a sellers legal duty to make sure a item is delivered to a buyer.
A carrier who leaves a item unattended outside a property has not fullfilled delivery especially if that item goes missing.
The law states the buyer has a right to a full refund as the seller has failed to uphold the contract.
The seller must then claim from the carrier.
