Selling to UK buyers only

Can I set my account to UK buyers only? Or do I have to do it on each item I post?

If you want to sell to UK only you need to ensure all the blocks are in place.
On the selling form you can "create on exclusion list"
This is a list of countries you do not want bids from, or do not want to sell to in the case of buy it now`s.

And set your preferences to block bidders from countries you don't post to
