I have a situation where i posted an item normal post, no tracking ect.
The buyer in the meantime has left Positve feedback
exclaiming :- "I`m over the moon"
Therefore happy with his purchase.
Today I get an Email from Ebay that he`s put in a none received item.
And their saying I should refund, can these scammers get away with this
sort of thing?
I have seen a similar story in the paper a while ago but didnt believe it.
What should I do??
If you have No Tracking to prove Delivery you will have to Fully Refund within 3 Business Days. Your EBay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account.
Your Buyer could have left the Feedback for the wrong Se!!er?
I looked a couple of your sold items, you say you send 2nd class signed for,
if so you should have added tracking to ebay when marking as posted.
What's the point of tracking if you don't use it.
