Hi, as a seller i have noticed that royal mail are not up-dating the tracking details to say your item has been delivered, now i posted something around 3 weeks ago and it says the item is with royal mail, now i have a customer saying he has not received his item and made a claim. The proof is their that i posted the item but how will ebay make a final decision and in who's favour, i know that they are not up-dating to say delivery was made as i had another customer which got his item and left me feedback and the tracking still says for his item they still have it, any suggestions.
The last thing you want is for Ebay to make the decision. If you don't deal with it and refund, you will lose ebay will refund and you will get a defect and no refund of the selling fee.
Proof of posting is not proof of delivery, if you have to refund you then make a claim on Royal Mail.
