Royal Mail delivered item. Buyer says not.

Hi All

Not had this issue before. Posted a scarf 30 November. Not tracked but there is a reference number on proof of posting. Entered it on Track & Trace & it states delivered 03 December. Am I protected in the same way as Signed For? It's not tracked as such but it does say delivery has been made.

You are covered as long as you enter the number into the transaction on ebay, same as tracking.

Is the 16 Digit Doorstep Code which the Postie uses when he Scans your Parcel. Enter it into Dispatch.

Buyer will have to take up with his local Royal Mail Delivery Office, they marked as delivered it is up to them to explain where delivered. You have done all that can be expected, if through no fault of our own you end up getting bad feedback,you can appeal to ebay, BUT you must have entered tracking onto the item on ebay. Without doing this the tracking is pointless.
