Returns advice

I recently sold a pair of size 9 Crocs, listed as size 9, photos showing size 9 and size 9 sent.  Buyer has opened a returns request stating not as described as they are not a size 7!!!  Ebay tells me I must accept the return.  Any advice?

I'm surprised to hear that. Normally when you speak to Ebay about such an obvious buyer error, which I assume you did, they close the case in the seller's favour.

This is such a weird one, it could be that the buyer has confused you with another seller. Either that, or an urgent vist to SpecSavers is in order...!

If you didn't contact Ebay, or even if you did, and you haven't yet accepted the return, go to Help & Contact and request a callback. The agent will be able to see that your listing was accurate, so should immediately close the case. But make sure that the agent is quite clear that you are the seller, and that the case must be closed in your, the seller's, favour, as it's been known for cases to be accidentally closed in the buyer's favour under these circumstances!
