I recently sold a pair of size 9 Crocs, listed as size 9, photos showing size 9 and size 9 sent. Buyer has opened a returns request stating not as described as they are not a size 7!!! Ebay tells me I must accept the return. Any advice?

Just accept the return. Even though your buyer is in the wrong eBay think every buyer is right and every seller is wrong.
