A buyer raised a return on ebay. The return has now been closed by ebay since the item was not returned however the money has not yet been released to me by Paypal. How long will this take and do I need to do anything with Ebay or Paypal.
I believe my buyer raised the return in error and intended to raise a return for a different item with a different buyer. It eventually closed and my buyer was not refunded.
