Relisting item due to unpaid item case. Can I use another £1 selling fee offer on same item?

I recently sold an item & have had to open an unpaid item case due to the buyer not paying. The listing was made using a £1 selling fee offer. If the buyer doesn't pay & the case gets closed could I wait to relist when there is another £1 selling fee or would I have to pay the normal selling fee?
