I am trying to lower / remove the reserve price of an item, to ensure it sells. Unfortunately, it won't seem to save the changes I make and leaves the old reserve price on the listing? Can anyone help? Thanks

You can't make any changes to a listing that has bids.
Reserves are charged for (at the original figure you set), whether the item sells or not, as are all listing extras. Listing fees are never refundable. Your best bet in future is to start your auctions at the minimum price you're happy to accept.
