My buyer wants it delivered to Sainsbury's

I sold a laptop computer and the delivery address is Sainsbury's any thoughts. I think it might be a scam. I have asked the buyer and the reply was he can pick it up from there because he shops there.

You don't offer Click and Collect. Maybe the Buyer does Shop or Works there?  However you must send to the Address which PayPal send you on the Payment Notification. Don't Post anywhere else otherwise you will lose your Seller Protection.

The buyer of the laptop now wants to cancel the purchase and wants his money back. Have these people got nothing better to do.

Typical ......Cancel from More Actions to the right of the Item in your Sold Listings. Select "Buyer Requested Cancellation.". Your EBay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account. Put him on your Blocked Bidders List.
