I've just sold an electronic item on ebay, a ps vita.
I wrapped it up perfectly, there's no possible way this thing was scratched in transit, not possible.
He's sent me a picture of the vita's screen all cracked and is blaming me.
I don't know what to do here because ebay in my opinion is the absolute worst place to sell yet it's the only one so broadly available.
Am I **bleep**ed here? have i lost £100

We feel your pain but unfortunately there is no way you can "prove" that it was not damaged in transit or indeed that it was not damaged when it left you. It's just one person's view/word against another.
That is why eBay always seems to side with the buyers.
