Buyer broke my PS VITA now he wants a refund.

I've just sold an electronic item on ebay, a ps vita. 

I wrapped it up perfectly, there's no possible way this thing was scratched in transit, not possible. 

He's sent me a picture of the vita's screen all cracked and is blaming me. 

I don't know what to do here because ebay in my opinion is the absolute worst place to sell yet it's the only one so broadly available. 

Am I **bleep**ed here? have i lost £100

Yes sorry if your Buyer opens an EBay Returns Case for Item Not As Described/Damaged you will have just 3 Business Days to Accept the Return and generate a Returns Label.

Once Refunded you will receive an Ebay Final Value Fee Credit. Small comfort but better than losing them and receiving a Damaging Defect on your Account.

Jesus Christ.....I wish this horrible monopoly company had some real competition but I doubt they'd let it even get that far...who know's what these rich useless **bleep**s have done to start ups...

You can try Appealing the decision with Ebay. Throw all the Evidence you have at them :).
