Question and answers not being added to my listing

I have someone asking me about combined postage, so i have answered them and checked the box for add this to the lisyting for other potential customers to read,  but it has not been added . why is this ?  i asked the person if they would re- ask the question so i could try it again and still not added.   help

That feature hasn't been available for a very long time. No idea why Ebay removed it as I always found it quite useful.

Its annoying. I have a guy bidding on 2 items that are quite expensive but without his question regarding the postage it looks dodgy that the same guy is bidding on two expensive items. if it was me seeing that I would be thinking, that's his mate trying to bid up the items.

ebay stopped adding Q&A's to listings a very long time ago,

they just never bothered to remove the tick box.
