Problems listing an item for sale/adding tracking/resolution centre

I cannot get the list an item page up to sell an item is anyone else having problems?

I cannot add tracking number to a sold and dispatched item, it wont save and add the number

I cannot move on a case opened with resolution centre to ask them to step in no matter what i try I cant get the 

request for ebay to step in.

I cannot get through to any of the customer service help lines, just an answering machine ??

There have been lots of issues with ebay last few days,some are affected more than others.

We have to wait until ebay fix it.

Still not fixed after 3 days, can't sell anything or reply to messages.
