I sold an item on ebay for £165, paypal have deducted more than 3.4% should be £5.61 but been charged £8.31, surewly thats not correct. Everything else that I have been selling recently is correct.
PayPal's payment processing fee is 2.9% plus 30p. It changed to that some time ago.
However, it seems you used PayPal's micropayments for this transaction, which is 5% plus 5p. Micropayments should only be used for low value items (under £10). That's what it's intended for.
