Packlink Insurance Claim

Hello Has anybody ever got an insurance claim back for damaged items from Packlink? I may have to start a Small Claims Court proceedings. I can't beleive it! Please somebody give me a good news story?

Packlink compensation is very poor, they hardly cover anything.
